What are invisible bead extensions?

Invisible bead extensions are the latest extension method on the market today, installed using small silicone beads to ensure there is no damage to your natural hair.

Do you use human hair?

Yes we use 100% human double drawn hair.

How often do they have to be maintained?

Maintenance is recommended every 6-8 weeks.

Who is a candidate for IBE (invisible bead extensions)

IBE will suit anyone with natural hair length to at least the shoulders.

What’s the investment?

Between $700 – $1200 Consultations are FREE! Every situation is personal, your investment will depend on the type of hair system best suited, the amount used & colour choice.

Can I put my hair in a ponytail?

Yes, during your consultation we touch on lifestyle & how you like to wear your hair, this ensures the placement is totally customised to your hair/lifestyle needs.

Can I go swimming & do outdoor exercise/activities?

Yes, however we do recommended applying a leave in hydrating moisturiser & plaiting your extensions before going in the water, this will keep them from getting tangled.

How long does the hair last?

With the correct home hair Care routine & products (recommended by us) up to 12months.

How much is it for postage in Australia?

A flat rate of $12.20 per order for Standard Postage and $15.70 for Express Postage anywhere in Australia regardless of number of items ordered. However, any deliveries over $60 are FREE! (standard postage)

Is there any insurance with our order?

Yes, all our deliveries within Australia have insurance of up to $100 with every order at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

  • 1-6 business days within Australia for standard postage.
  • 1-3 business days, ( usually next day) within Australia for Express Postage.

How long is the warranty of your products?

All products are genuine and come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Every product has a different warranty period. Please phone us if there are any queries.

Do you accept returns?

  • We do accept returns within 30 days of invoice date
  • Change of Mind returns are accepted, however there is a $9.95 restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return postage and re-postage
  • All items need to be in original condition, or else the refund/return will not be granted
  • On the rare occasion a good appears to be faulty, we will have it assessed once sent back and we will cover the return postage and re-postage

Rest assured we offer a 100% secure site. We use Paypal as our payment gateway to ensure your optimum security. We also accept Zip Pay payments for in store purchase.

What is Zip Pay?

Zip Pay is a reusable account of up to $1000 that lets you shop now and pay later. No upfront payments and interest free always. Make as many purchases as you like up to your account limit, then set up flexible repayments to suit your lifestyle. Easy as.

How does it work?

Your first payment won’t be due until the end of next month. When you open your account, we’ll set up a monthly payment of $40 (or less if the amount you owe is under $40). This will come from your linked debit card on the last day of each month and run until your purchases are paid off.

Finally, if there’s nothing owing on your account, there’s nothing to pay. Your account simply remains active until you’re ready to make a purchase.

Am I eligible for Zip Pay?

To be eligible to apply for a Zip Pay account, you need to:

  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid Facebook or PayPal account, in your own name
  • Have a valid debit card, in your own name
  • Have not declared bankruptcy or insolvency

What are the fees?

Zip Pay is 100% interest free, always. There’s a $6 monthly account fee, this monthly fee is waived if your closing balance is paid by the due date. No balance no fee. And you’ll pay nothing upfront – there are no setup fees and no hidden charges.
If you don’t meet your minimum monthly repayment, a $5 late fee may apply. That’s it.

How do refunds work?

Start by speaking to the retailer – if they agree, they will process the refunded amount which will appear back in your Zip account. If a refund puts your Zip account in credit, you can contact us to have the amount refunded to your bank account instead. Or, simply use it for your next purchase.
