We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. Below we have outlined our policies regarding cancellations and deposits.

Cancellations

Cancellations that occur within the 48 hours of your allocated appointment time will result in a $50 – $100 cancellation fee, depending on what you were booked for. Clients who repeatedly cancel will be required to pay a non-refundable $50 to $100 booking fee when making a booking. This will be deducted from the cost of your hair booking on the day. Cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment with result in loss of booking fee.

Appointment Policy

It is our policy that we require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the time to try and fill your allotted appointment time. Many of our services are allocated 3-4 hours with a stylist. Confirmation text messages are sent 4 days prior to your appointment. Please respond to these as soon as possible. This allows us the time to reschedule you if required and offer your appointment time to other clients who are waiting.

New Client Deposit

All new clients are required to pay a $50 booking fee to secure their first booking, depending on the type of service the booking is for. This fee is non-refundable and will come off the cost of your service on the day. Cancellation within 48 hours of the allotted appointment, will result in a loss of booking fee.

Confirmation text

Confirmation texts are sent 4 days prior to your upcoming appointment. Response to this message is required 48hours prior to your booking to secure it. Two attempts will be made to follow up clients that have not confirmed, 1 via text and 1 via phone call. If we have not received a response after these attempts, then your appointment will be cancelled, and the time offered to waiting clients. A deposit will be required to make future bookings.

 

Changes to booking requirement

At times you may wish to change the service you have booked. For example, you may have booked for a full head of foils but now only need a half head. Or no longer need a cut with your colour service. Please know that timing is allotted for the specific services you have booked. A full head of foils appointment will have an allocated 4–5 hour time slot, and a half head 3–4 hours. Last minute changes may result in lengthy wait times and a cancellation of service fee. Please notify us 48hours prior to your appointment if any changes are required. So that we may offer the time no longer required to waiting clients.

 

LATE/NO SHOW

We understand sometimes traffic/life can throw a curve ball with getting to your appointment on time we will do our best to accommodate and give you the full service you’ve booked for however if our bookings are full and for any reason we can’t we may need to adjust the service slightly.

No show appointments will result in booking fee forfeited and will be required to pay in full should you wish to make another appointment.
